Anet has made a everlasting with each tonic out now. Why stop right here?

since when is the zchest pvp... lol

anyways, waiting for that confirmation for everlasting... maybe theyll do a halloween in summer for those candy corn tonic, i would want one of those

Man, if i can't get a monthly everlasting tonic, there is no way i'm gonna be able to get one only for the weekend.

Very nice tonic though, up to par with phantasmal

yeah, a nine-tailed fox one... so all the III N A R U T O III people can go eat their heart out...

back on topic.
I suspect there is a everlasting one, I also suspect it will drop from the secret liar of the snowman chest. The yuletide tonic is compareable with the frosty tonic and the everlasting version only drops from the Z-Chest, so that might also be where the everlasting frosty tonic will drop.

Secret Liar of the Snowmen end-chest drop would be cool tho.

On the basis that Z Keys come from Balt and Balt is earned in Pvp I think.

I am also waiting for picture proof of the everlasting before blowing my stock of keys in a
fruit(cake)less exercise...

Zora on the Offical Wiki found this in the dat believing it to be Augusts Tonic. There are descriptions for both the normal tonic and an everlasting version.
